John
Koenig:12/2/09
Not only has John helped others achieve their personal
goals, he is a shining example of what it takes to
be healthy.
Throughout the years, he has competed in many different
sports and has had to change his “physical self”
accordingly.
He has gone from being a 240-pound powerlifter to
a 180-pound bicycle racer.
John says he has done everything wrong in terms of
eating and working out, but with experience and education,
he has learned how to do it right.
John is a certified personal trainer with Gold’s
Gym and is also a freelance writer for health magazines.
He is also working towards certification with the
National Association of Sports Medicine.
