Hanson Benefits was created because the business owner, operating a firm with 1-100 employees, was not being properly served. They were a neglected market by the benefits industry. It is for this reason that the company created the motto, “compassionately serving you…passionate about what we do.”
It takes patience, diligence and commitment to be prepared to respond to changes in health insurance and benefits planning. Our team sees every day the effects of rising premiums and how that impacts the bottom line of businesses.

About the Owner, Chris Hanson
Hanson Benefits is owned by Chris Hanson. She has over 25 years of experience in health care and health care insurance. Chris is highly qualified to assist clients in meeting their personal insurance needs, as well as providing guidance on cost-effective benefit plans to help retain valued employees. She provides an efficient decision-making process for business owners who wear “many hats.”
Chris also provides support services to her clients, acting as an extension of their human resources function. With her background in small business ownership and management, she truly understands the needs of owners.
